Operation Restoration

 
     
Operation Restoration  is a non-profit, charitable organization that brings reconciliation, restoration, financial freedom, self-worth, dignity, and healing to the community through biblical work ethics, financial training, and home ownership.  
 
 
Mission
To empower the citizens of our Service Area through education, job placement training and employment. Promote economic sufficiency and positive character development utilizing economic projects sponsored by our organization.

 
Phase I - JACOP (Job And Career Opportunity Preparedness)  
Meets once a week for six weeks. The course is designed to help students understand work from a secular perspective and to provide participants the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively mainstream to the job force.  
   
Course Objective Course Outline  
Determine the importance of work and its impact on family
Develop the skills necessary to complete job applications
Utilize all proper resources when seeking employment
Gain knowledge of resume writing and the interview process
Participate in mock interviews
Participate in Peer Evaluations

Class #2 - Resume Writing / Cover Letter
Class #3 - Interviewing Skills / Etiquette
Class #4 - Mock Interviews
Class #5 - Surviving On the Job

Phase II - Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University  
Meets once a week for thirteen weeks. The course is designed to help those who are seeking employment to understand work from a secular perspective. It will provide knowledge and resources necessary to effectively mainstream into the job force.
